Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations
You have the right to cancel the use of a product or service purchased from National Healthcareer Association and fulfilled by Virtuwise Inc. You may be eligible for refund of your cancelled purchase based on what you purchased and when you submitted your cancellation request. Refer to the Refund Policy for further clarification. To submit a cancellation request please send an e-mail to cancel@virtuwise.com.

Refund Policy
We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from National Healthcareer Association and fulfilled by Virtuwise Inc.

How and When Refunds Are Processed
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed your cancellation request. In most cases, a refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your cancellation request.

Types of Refunds
Refund policies and procedures are specific to the product or service that you purchased as outlined below.

LIVE Event – You are eligible for a refund of a LIVE event only if a cancellation request is submitted PRIOR to the start of the LIVE event. If the cancellation request is received in time, a full refund in the amount of the training service will be processed on your behalf. The amount of the refund will not include any amount paid for courseware or materials shipped. If the cancellation request is NOT received in time, you will not be eligible for any refund.

Recorded Event and Subscription Libraries – You are eligible for a refund of a recorded event or subscription library only if a cancellation request is submitted PRIOR to when the e-mail containing access information to the recorded event is sent to you. If the cancellation request is received in time, a full refund in the amount of the training service will be processed on your behalf. The amount of the refund will not include any amount paid for courseware or materials shipped. If the cancellation request is NOT received in time, you will not be eligible for any refund.

You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's summary page in Your Account. If the refund does not appear in Your Account within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please e-mail cancel@virtuwise.com for further assistance.
